Send us an email via the contact form and we will process your claim. Shipping refund request must be submitted within 15 calendar days
We will repair our products free of charge and provide technical support within 30 days. If there is a problem with the product, DIYkeycap is responsible for the return shipping fee. If it is not a product quality problem, Diykeycap will not bear the cost of return.
