These Terms of Service govern your use of diykeycap.com and purchases from Rui Ling Technology Co., Ltd., trading as DIYKeycap (“DIYKeycap,” “we,” “us” or “our”). By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Store use

You must be legally able to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction, or use the store with the involvement of a parent or guardian. You may not use the store for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or security-disrupting activity.

2. Product information

We aim to describe products, compatibility, images, dimensions and colors accurately. Screen settings, photography and manufacturing processes can cause differences. Product availability, specifications and packaging may change, and we may correct errors or cancel an affected order.

3. Orders and payment

An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, limit or cancel an order for reasons including stock, payment authorization, suspected fraud, pricing error, legal restriction or inability to deliver. Prices, discounts, shipping and taxes are those shown at checkout, subject to correction of obvious errors.

4. Custom products

Custom products are produced according to the layout, options, text and files submitted with the order. You are responsible for reviewing compatibility, spelling, image quality, orientation, placement and all other submitted details before checkout.

Custom production normally requires 7–10 business days before shipment. Screen-to-print color differences of approximately 5–15% and small positioning differences of up to approximately 0.5 mm may be normal characteristics of dye-sublimation and made-to-order production.

Because a custom product is made specifically for you, it is non-returnable and non-refundable except for a confirmed production defect or where applicable law requires otherwise. The full process is explained in our Refund Policy.

5. Customer content and intellectual-property rights

You retain ownership of original content you upload. By submitting content for a custom order, you grant DIYKeycap and its production partners a limited, non-exclusive license to access, reproduce, adapt for technical production and use that content only as reasonably necessary to review, manufacture, fulfill and support the order.

You confirm that you own or have permission to use and reproduce every submitted logo, trademark, character, photograph, illustration, font and other element. You must not submit unlawful, infringing, hateful or abusive content. We may reject content or cancel an order if we reasonably believe it violates these terms or another person’s rights. You are responsible for claims arising from content you were not authorized to use.

6. Shipping, customs and delivery

Processing and delivery estimates are not guarantees. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address and for import requirements that apply at the destination. Shipping, customs, delivery problems and restricted destinations are governed by our Shipping Policy.

7. Returns, refunds and cancellations

Returns, defects, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Contact us promptly because shipped orders and custom orders already in production may not be cancellable or changeable.

8. Promotions and third-party services

Promotions may have additional conditions and may be changed or withdrawn where permitted by law. The store may link to or rely on third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, carriers and applications. Those services may have their own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party systems beyond our reasonable control.

9. Reviews and feedback

If you submit a public review, comment or other feedback, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce and edit it for moderation, formatting and promotion. This does not apply to private custom artwork submitted only for production. You must not post unlawful, misleading, abusive or infringing content.

10. Prohibited conduct

You may not introduce malicious code, scrape or overload the store, bypass security, impersonate another person, interfere with another customer, misuse personal information, violate law or use our content or services to infringe intellectual-property rights.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the store and services are provided on an “as available” basis. DIYKeycap is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss caused by events outside our reasonable control. Our aggregate liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product, except where applicable law does not allow that limitation.

12. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify DIYKeycap against third-party claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the store, breach of these terms or unauthorized content you submit.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without excluding mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence. Courts with lawful jurisdiction may hear disputes.

14. Changes and severability

We may update these terms by posting a revised version. Changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
